Description

This is a model for a drink holder that you can securely attach to a microphone, music or instrument stand. This is great for performance and rehearsals when you want to keep the stage clear and safe.

To attach a drink holder to a stand you will need a collar. See MakerWorld microphone-stand-collar which provides print profiles and instructions for printing a collar. This is an accessory in the Ropeless Microphone Stand Accessory System which is a mix'n'match system for securely attaching accessories to a stand.

Holders are available to take beer/cider bottles, beer/soda cans, water bottles, and wine glasses. Holders can be removed from the collar for packing up or changing to another option. All bottle and can holders have a hole in the base to allow moisture to escape. The holes come in many musical-themed icons. You can also customize a holder as you like in the slicer.

Multiple options are available for the drink holder:

  • beer/cider bottle holders for a standard 330mL glass bottle (seven different musical-themed icons available)
  • beer/soda can holders for a standard 375mL can (seven different musical-themed icons available)
  • water bottle holders for a 75mm diameter water bottle (seven different musical-themed icons available)
  • wine glass holder for a standard stemmed wine glass.

These options are provided across several build plates. Choose only the holders you want!

Note that the first time you slide a drink holder onto a collar it may be a little tight. It will loosen up with use. If it is tight, you can connect or separate the collar and holder with some firm tapping. I recommend taking the collar off the stand to do this.

If you want to add a guitar pick holder to your drink holder, check out my other model.

This model satisfies a real need we had in our band. We printed in PETG-HF and the result is excellent. This is perfect for us so I'm sharing the model in case you find it useful too. Please share any feedback or suggestions to make it even better!
