Meet the Articulated Flexy Frog - a fun print-in-place creature designed to hop straight off your build plate!
With smooth articulation and a sturdy design, this frog features movable legs and expressive details, making it perfect as a desk toy, display piece, or just something fun to fidget with. The wide frog feet and big eyes give it a playful look that really stands out, especially when printed in bright colors.
⚠️ Note:
The model is optimized for printing at the provided scale. Scaling it down too much may reduce the clearance in the joints and affect how well the articulation works. If you resize it, do so carefully and test first.
🖨 Recommended Print Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.15–0.2 mm
- Infill: 10–15%
- Perimeters/Walls: 2
- Supports: Not required – model includes premade supports
- Material: PLA recommended
Orientation: Print flat on the build plate
💡 Printing Tip:
After the print cools, gently move each leg to loosen the joints. They should articulate smoothly once flexed a few times.
