A beautiful sport rim for the Segway Navimow i-series mower Suitable for the following Navimow models: __i105e, i108e__

The rim is best printed in ASA (UV protection) and the tire in TPU (with or without AMS) The 256mm of the P1S are fully utilized when you print the tire The rim and tire are designed with a guide to slide the tire on, preventing it from slipping through

It looks good, drives well, and offers advantages over the original wheels in terms of grip and traversing different surfaces Activating the traction control system on the Navimow is generally recommended I haven't measured the incline, but I look forward to your feedback

PS: Separate left and right tires are provided so that the tread pattern appears identical from the mower's drive control perspective

This rim is an original design that I fully modeled in CAD and optimized specifically for the Navimow i105 and identical models – including a precisely fitting hub mount, coordinated wall thicknesses, FDM print-optimized geometry, and a perfect fit for the TPU tires

Published under MakerWorld’s Standard Digital File License:

✅ Download and print for private personal use – absolutely!
❌ Selling printed parts (even at “cost price”) is not permitted
❌ Paid print-on-demand services for third parties are not permitted
❌ Re-uploading to MakerWorld or other platforms is not permitted
❌ Remixes and derivative works only with my written permission
 

If you don't have a 3D printer or prefer to buy the wheels ready-made: I offer the pre-printed rims with matching TPU tires in my own shop The price there is an honest calculation of material, print time, printer wear, post-processing, design effort, warranty, and shipping – so not "usury," but a commercially offered quality product
