Modular Badge Holder Back Shell
This is the interchangeable back part for the modular badge holder system. This component is designed to slide perfectly onto the rails of the front part, completing the housing for your card.
Original and Handcrafted Design:
All designs on the back of this model are original creations made entirely by me. I have meticulously crafted every aesthetic detail to transform a simple functional object into a unique and distinctive accessory.
Technical Details and Functionality:
Secure Closure: The shell features small lateral protrusions calibrated to interlock with the recesses of the front part. This ensures a secure mechanical "click" that prevents accidental opening during use.
Sliding System: Designed with precise tolerances to slide smoothly along the side rails of the front piece.
Versatility: Since the system is modular, you can print different backs with my designs and change them according to your style or occasion, always keeping the same front piece.
Recommended Print Profiles:
-Reduce the Initial Layer from 0.5mm to 0.42mm.
-Increase the Bottom Shell Layer from 3 layers to 5 layers.
