Screw sorter by length for countersunk screw

Description
Hello,
I designed this screw sorter to sort countersunk screws (especially wood screws) by length.
The enclosure requires the most filament (360g).
That's why I uploaded a test print (60g) for those who want to test it first.
Currently, there are two plates to sort the lengths.
- Plate 10,12,15,20 .. up to 45mm
- Plate 45,50… up to 85mm
I printed the plates with PETG.
It doesn't have to be printed with 2 colors; it just makes the numbers easier to read.
The enclosure is made of PLA+.
Different screw diameters can be sorted at once with the plate.
The enclosure has a total of 9 compartments.
The compartments are closed by a slider.
Each compartment can be emptied separately; simply use the lock.
Which screws work?
I have tested many countersunk screws.
The screw must have a flat head.
Threaded screws also work!
Plate as a template:
There is a plate included as a template in the print file.
Anyone who wants to can create their own plate with it.
Troubleshooting:
Screw does not slide:
The plate requires a very smooth surface.
- Run a screw head along the groove several times in the direction of motion. This will smooth out the groove.
- If there are filament bumps on the plate, it is best to sand them down with very fine sandpaper in the direction of motion.
