⚠️ Important Disclaimers
Filament & Brand Variance: This case is designed with tight tolerances for a secure snap-fit using Bambu PLA. Using other brands or materials (like PETG or ABS) may result in a fit that is too tight or too loose due to different shrinkage rates and flow characteristics. If using non-Bambu filament, you may need to adjust your flow rate or "X-Y Hole/Contour Compensation" in your slicer.
Hardware Variances: KIISU 4b boards are development hardware and may have slight manufacturing variances in PCB thickness or component alignment (especially the USB-C and SD slots). This case is designed for the standard V4B layout. If your board feels forced, check for any soldering burrs or misaligned components before snapping it in.
I'm in no way connected with KIISU, I'm just sharing my creation with all of you.
