Design Goals Infrequent disk replacement/hot-swapping, quiet operation, minimize purchased parts

• Silence Use a single 20cm fan paired with an external DC power supply to reduce overall system noise
• Airflow Path Features a natural airflow design with bottom intake and top exhaust, allowing air to flow from bottom to top, which is beneficial for cooling the motherboard and hard drives There is sufficient cooling space between the hard drives
• Dust Prevention Completely enclosed everywhere except for the rear interface, maintaining a slight positive pressure to minimize dust entry The dust filter brackets for the intake and exhaust ports use a magnetic structure for easy cleaning
• Scalability The hard drive cage provides 5 bays, using hard drive brackets to install 2.5/3.5-inch hard drives The magnetic front panel is easy to disassemble and assemble

Printing Considerations

• All components have been optimized for design, **no supports** needed for printing
• Since some parts have a large surface area, it is recommended to **enclosure** or maintain a stable ambient temperature during printing to reduce warping
• Print the corresponding number of hard drive brackets as needed
• Hard drives operate at high temperatures, **hard drive brackets are recommended to be printed with PETG or more heat-resistant materials** to prevent PLA from deforming at high temperatures

• Pay attention to the direction when installing the hard drive bracket; installing it incorrectly will affect insertion into the slot due to screws and will not align with the screw holes on the hard drive cage
