Description
This is the front component of a modular badge holder system, designed to be slim, functional, and customizable. This section holds a single standard card and is designed for attachment with various back panel variations.

Capacity:
Designed for TWO standard 0.8mm cards.
Rail System:
It features two precision side rails for the back part to slide into.
Snap Closure:
Inside the rails, there are small indentations designed to accommodate the pins of the back shells, ensuring a secure closure and a "click" that prevents accidental openings.
Extra Protection:
The internal space includes a tolerance that allows for optionally inserting a transparent plastic protective sheet (recommended dimensions: 86.5mm x 56mm with a maximum thickness of 0.5mm).
Recommended Print Settings:
-Increase the Bottom Shell Layers from 3 layers to 5 layers for greater strength, as it is thinner than the single card model.
