Description
These adjustable jigsaw guides help you make clean and straight cuts with your jigsaw. The width of the guide can be adjusted, making it compatible with many different jigsaw brands and base plate sizes. With this guide you can easily cut wood at 90° and 45° angles, improving cutting accuracy and consistency. You can also clamp your workpiece to the jig. See the photos.
Assembly:
During assembly, make sure that the 3D printed bolts sit slightly deeper than the bottom surface of the guide (see the photos). This prevents the bolts from getting in the way. The bolts have a tight fit, so you may need to press them in firmly. When the blade is centered in the cutting slot, tighten the bolts using the 3D printed nuts. - Created on a Bambu Lab A1
- Printed with a 0.4 mm stainless steel nozzle
- Build plate: Textured PEI Plate
- Make sure the build plate surface is clean before printing to ensure the best adhesion
