Logitech G29 G920 Cupra logo center cap

I designed a center cap with a CUPRA logo for the Logitech G29 / G920 steering wheel. I’ve also included .step files so you can easily replace the emblem with any logo you like.

There are two print profiles available - the main difference is layer height. I optimized mine so the logo and the top crown print at the highest possible resolution, but feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. Keep in mind that the CUPRA logo is not flat, so layer lines will be more noticeable with higher layer heights.

Assembly is straightforward. I added alignment tabs to ensure everything fits together correctly.

You’ll need a small drop of glue to attach the CUPRA logo to the top cap; all other parts are designed as press-fit. Make sure to deburr the inside of the crown and remove all support material so the parts fit properly. I do not recommend deburring the inside of the base part, as the top cap is held in place solely by a tight fit.

To achieve the carbon fibre look I used Bambu's base plate with said effect.
