The Legend of Zelda's Royal Halberd and Royal Guard's Spear160cm scale

The currently uploaded version is the 160cm version
Mainly for display and cosplay purposes, it's not sturdy enough for active use.

The main issue is that the connection strength between the spearhead and shaft is insufficient. You can use screws or connectors to join the central wooden rod, which will add some strength.(Currently, I haven't thought of a suitable alternative, unless the entire rod is replaced with a 2cm wooden rod)

You need to purchase two round wooden rods from Taobao for central support
Rod 1: Diameter 2cm, length 60cm. Actually needs about 55cm (Beechwood recommended)
Rod 2: Diameter 3cm. Length 70cm. No cutting required (Beechwood or Ash wood)

Both rods are recommended to be Beechwood. The cost for two wooden rods should be within 20.
The spearhead and shaft parts are connected with negative parts, with a hole diameter of Φ21mm. The spear shaft directly uses a Φ30mm wooden rod to increase strength and save printing time.

The spray paint color for the spear shaft is Sanhe's Oman Blue.

It's not painted yet. I will update with the latest pictures once it's finished.

The 1:1 full-size finished product would be 225cm, and the disassembled spearhead parts are not yet ready (printing at A1 size is also very difficult, and further disassembly is needed).
