Playmobil Children's Toy Car

Car designed to accommodate 2 Playmobil figures, as well as a large trunk to store their belongings

Designed for assembly without screws or glue (depending on print quality :) )

The print profile has a plate designed with different colored objects (print by object), it is entirely possible to separate the objects onto separate plates for printing without an AMS

Time for assembly

1. Clean supports and prepare parts

   1. 

2. Put the rims into the tires (Pay attention to the tire direction, depending on the plate/smooth side finish you prefer). A dab of glue inside the tire can help secure this part better

   1. 

      

3. Insert the axles into the wheels and test that the wheel rotates freely: Otherwise, lightly sand the axles, small printing defects can hinder rotation

   1. 

4. Push the axles into the holes in the lower part of the car, up to the stop provided on the axle, do not force

   1. 

5. Now, for the central part! Install the headlights, steering wheel, and grille

   1. 

   2. 

6. Add the roof

   1. 

7. Attach the assembly to the base

   1. 

8. ENJOY

Tips

• It is entirely possible to add glue in the various mounting holes (but not between the axle and the rim). In case of a broken attachment, a dab of glue works very well, the wall thicknesses are designed for this
• The axles can be printed in a different color (tested in PLA Silk Silver on the red and yellow car, nice result!)
• Possible to print 1 extra wheel/rim to put in the trunk, or for garage play
