Recommended Print Settings

To get the best result (identical to the photos), I used the 0.08mm profile with the following optimizations:

• Layer Height: 0.08mm (for smooth transitions and sharp details).
• Walls: 3 Wall Loops with the Arachne generator for better precision on thin parts.
• Seam: I used the new Smart Scarf Seams technique to make the layer seam practically invisible.
• Supports: Tree Hybrid Type.
  • Tip: Enable "On build plate only" to avoid marks in the middle of the model, unless the extended arm needs extra support.
• Speed: Reduced on outer walls (40 mm/s) to ensure surface quality.
• Infill: 8% to 10% Gyroid type is sufficient for stability without wasting much material.
• Printer: Bambu Lab P2S
• Filament: PLA Matte (Grey) - The matte finish helps hide layer lines.

Post-Processing Tips

1. Support Removal: Being a 0.08mm profile, tree supports come off easily. I recommend special care on the index fingertip and visor.
2. Painting: The model is designed to be painted. I recommend using a Primer before acrylic paint to highlight the face details.
