Create your own 40 mm spiky massage ball with this easy-to-print design!
This spike ball is designed in three parts that snap together without glue.
The model consists of two spiked hemispheres and a central cube connector.
Each hemisphere contains a square socket that perfectly fits the cube, creating a tight press-fit assembly. The parts lock together securely, but glue can be added if you want a permanent bond.
Supports are only required inside the square holes of the hemispheres. These supports are easy to remove with small pliers.
The finished ball is great for:
- Hand massage
- Muscle relaxation
- Stress relief
- Grip exercises
