The Big Bang Theory 1/64 scale apartment scene miniature model

The Big Bang Theory is my favorite American TV series, I followed every season and every episode, it's a classic

As an indoor sitcom, the main scenes are in the apartment where protagonists Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadter, Penny, and other friends and family live. I took some time to make a miniature model to reminisce

Drawing wasn't difficult, but I had to find the scenes in the show and estimate the dimensions. It took a long time, but the final result is pretty good and quite faithful to the original

Notes:

1. The model's STEP file ratio is 1:10, the 3mf file is scaled down to 1:64 (1:64 is a bit small, details are hard to manage. When I made my own models before, 1:40 was still good)

2. Currently, it's a white model file, you need to color it yourself in the app (I don't have many filament colors at home, so I colored it myself with acrylic paint pens, no sanding or putty, it looks decent from afar, but not so good up close). I will update a multicolor version later.

3. There are many things in the apartment scene, and the indoor scene arrangements differ slightly between seasons. You can refer to the image below for furniture placement, or directly open the model STEP file where the models are already arranged. You can also refer to my instruction file (I mainly referenced Bilibili scene walkthrough videos & the S12 show's setup). Of course, you can also arrange it according to your own preferences. You need to dab on 502 or other glues.

Updated Penny's apartment and stairwell model (currently only doors and windows, other furniture details are pending) (I'm going on a business trip, will work on it slowly ^_^)

Removed one wall to restore the TV series' perspective (the removed wall is still in the STEP file, print it yourself if needed)

The model is largely complete, currently in white model state. I colored it myself later with acrylic pens

Finished drawing all the furniture, and added many decorations, small appliances, framed pictures (only the frames, you color the content yourself), etc. If anything is missing, you can print additional parts
