Air extraction corner bracket for Bambu A1 UPPATVIND

This corner bracket is the second part of the air extraction system for the IKEA UPPATVIND purifier, designed to work with the air extraction components offered by ALVEO3D.

This part allows for mounting an ALVEO3D cylindrical flange for Ø76 mm semi-rigid hose, the STL file of which is available for free on their website:

The ALVEO3D flange attaches directly to the bracket using 4 M4 countersunk screws.
The assembly also requires 4 M4 threaded inserts to be integrated into the printed part (e.g., expansion inserts for thermoplastics, such as SECAM brand).
 

The corner bracket was designed to be fixed to the wall, in a corner, to hold the extraction hose in a stable position while minimizing bulk.

Several passages are integrated into the part to allow for neat routing of cables and tubes, including:

• the connection cable for the AMS lite
• the PTFE tubes

Caution: the maximum recommended length for PTFE tubes is approximately 1.2 m, so it is important to position the AMS lite carefully to stay within this limit.

The main advantage of this system is that it allows for easy removal of the printer's protective enclosure to perform maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, various interventions), without having to dismantle the entire extraction system.
