3D Printed Flange Alignment Tool

A simple 3D printed flange alignment tool designed to help fabricators line up flanges during pipework fabrication and tack-up.

This tool sits across the flange/pipe section and helps hold a small level in position, making it easier to square up and align flanges before welding. It’s handy for workshop fabrication, pump pipework, spool pieces, stainless pipework, and general fitting jobs where flange orientation matters.

Designed to make flange setup quicker, neater, and more repeatable without needing extra hands.
