✅ Key Design Highlights
Vertical printing for maximum strength 💪
Unlike most horizontally printed drawer models, we use vertical printing, perfectly avoiding the problem of insufficient layer adhesion in FDM, making the drawer structure more stable, stronger in load-bearing capacity, and no longer worrying about cracking during use!
Mortise and Tenon Joint + Trapezoidal Slide Rail, zero installation threshold 📦
The drawer base adopts a mortise and tenon joint, combined with a trapezoidal slide rail design. No additional tools are needed after printing; just align the slots for quick assembly and installation, making it easy for beginners and eliminating complex assembly processes~
Detachable separate slide rails to eliminate noise at its source 🔇
The drawer box and slide rail backplate of 3D printed drawers are printed in the same direction, and consistent layer lines can cause noticeable friction noise when pushing and pulling 😫. We innovatively adopted a detachable separate slide rail design, allowing the drawer box and slide rails to be printed in different directions, fundamentally eliminating noise caused by friction from same-direction layer lines. This ensures smooth and quiet pulling and pushing, so even working late at night won't disturb your family's rest~
- Dual limit + magnetic positioning, full of details ✨
- The front end of the slide rail has a limit bump to prevent the drawer from being pulled out too far, causing items to spill. Say goodbye to embarrassing moments 🙅♂️
- The end of the slide rail has a positioning block. Even if the desktop is slightly tilted, the drawer will not slide out automatically due to gravity, making it very stable.
- Magnet slots are reserved (default magnet diameter 8mm, thickness 3mm). After installing magnets as needed, pushing the drawer will automatically magnetize it closed, providing a superb feel!
Two installation methods, adaptable to various scenarios 🪛
The model has reserved screw holes. You can choose between screw fixing or double-sided tape adhesion for quick installation, making it easy even for those who are clumsy~
Optional dividers for easier categorized storage 🗂️
Optional divider components allow you to partition the internal space of the drawer according to your storage needs. Stationery, data cables, and small sundries can all be neatly categorized, making storage more organized and eliminating the need to rummage around for items!
