I used to use a modular desk clamp cup holder from the site for my stainless steel straw cup until one day it slipped and fell to the ground

Module Description

① Desk Clamp Main Body

The Desk Clamp Main Body is the core of the modular desk-edge clamping system, located on plates 1-3 Plate 1 is a single plate, one desk clamp is completed by printing one plate piece by piece Plates 2-3 are quadruplet, four desk clamps are completed with two plates Assembly is as shown below First, insert the clamp nut into the empty slot, then screw in the clamp screw rod, and finally embed the clamp washer Pay attention to the orientation of the clamp washer

The Desk Clamp Main Body and most accessory modules have reserved secondary reinforcement holes, compatible with M6*12 or M6*14 flat-head screws, 5mm thick M6 nuts and 0.8mm or 1.0mm thick M6 washers (as shown below)

② IKEA Pegboard Module

The IKEA Pegboard Ultimate Alternative Solution module is compatible with @余火's IKEA Pegboard Ultimate Alternative Solution any pegboard without edge baffles can be selected as needed, located on plate 7, two modules are completed with one plate The front of this module has four holes, requiring 4 M3*4*4.2 heat-set inserts (consistent with the adapter solution) When embedding, ensure it remains vertical< Tip: When pressing the heat-set insert with a soldering iron until it is about 1mm from the top surface of the module, quickly use a flat metal surface (such as the tail of tweezers or the bottom of nail clippers) to manually flatten the remaining part, paying attention to the safe use of the soldering iron >

After embedding the heat-set inserts, use M3*14mm countersunk screws to fix the pegboard to the module Finally, slide the module into the corresponding groove of the assembled Desk Clamp Main Body

Printing Suggestions

1. It is strongly recommended to print with tough materials such as PETG, ASA, or ABS PLA might not be strong enough
2. In the print profile, the Desk Clamp Main Body has modifiers (yellow square parts) Under default settings, the sparse infill density is consistent with other parts (15%) If needed, the sparse infill density of the modifier parts can be set to 50% or even 100% to achieve higher main body strength
