Description

I designed this compact enclosure for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W paired with a 1.44” SPI LCD HAT (128×128) from Waveshare. The goal was simple: create a clean, portable device that feels solid and looks good on your desk or in the field

🔧 Hardware used:

  • Raspberry Pi Zero 2W
  • Waveshare 1.44” LCD HAT (SPI, 128×128)
  • Basic buttons (integrated in the HAT)

🐲 What can you run on it?

On the preview photos, the device is running Raspy Jack 👉 https://github.com/7h30th3r0n3/Raspyjack

(Big respect to the creators 🔥)

It’s a lightweight, menu-driven toolkit that fits perfectly on this small screen and turns the device into a compact WiFi testing / networking gadget.

But that’s just one option — this case is fully universal for this display setup, so you can also run:

  • 🎮 Retro emulators (great for a tiny handheld console)
  • 🧪 Python projects using SPI display
  • 🧰 Any software compatible with the Waveshare LCD HAT

🖨️ Printing notes

  • Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
  • No supports required
  • Material: PLA / PETG both work great
  • For best look: use textured plate
