Description
I wanted to create a remote control holder for my trolling motor as no one online has ever made one, and here it is. The Watersnake Geospot 65 lb; carrying the remote around my neck with its lanyard was very uncomfortable. So with the help of a friend and his 3D scanner, we reproduced the base of the remote control into an STL file. Subsequently, with a classic 3D shape generation program, I created a cylinder with a through hole and a rounded head. Then with Bambu Studio I added the scanned object as a negative modifier. And there you have it. The remote control fits perfectly and does not come off easily. Then I attached the Railblaza star with its steel screw and voilà! Ready to sail.
