Description

Create realistic and customizable race tracks with this modular RC tire barrier system. Designed for RC cars and toy vehicles, this flexible safety wall allows you to build anything from simple curves to complex track layouts with ease.

Set Includes

  • Tire stacks in 4 different heights:
    • 1 tire
    • 2 tires
    • 3 tires
    • 4 tires
  • A two-part connector system for maximum stability and flexibility

Each tire has a diameter of 3.13 cm and a height of 2 cm.

Printing Instructions

  • No supports required
  • Brim is optional
  • For best adhesion, clean your PEI sheet with warm water and soap
  • Tire stacks can be printed without AMS in classic red & white or any color of your choice
  • Recommended material:
    • Tires: PLA Matte (or your preferred filament)
    • Connectors: PETG recommended for improved flexibility and durability

Assembly Instructions

The connector is designed as a two-part system to increase strength and reduce the risk of breaking.

  • Take two connector halves and align them along the long side
  • Insert each end into a tire stack until it clicks into place
  • This creates a secure but flexible connection between elements

The connector allows movement of up to 270°, enabling smooth curves and highly adaptable layouts. Combine multiple tire stacks to build your own modular barrier system exactly the way you like.
