I printed this specific 50mm/100mm/0.4mm version for my young tomato plants and flower, and it’s a game-changer! As you can see in the photos, it creates a perfectly neat, protected zone right at the base of the stem. It fits the A1 mini bed beautifully.
The 0.2mm print in matte black PLA looks very professional against the soil. The split design is brilliant—I could install it around the established plant easily, and the pins snap everything together securely. No more grass competing with my tomatoes! If you’re a gardener with an A1 mini, this functional print is a must-have.
Print Settings: 0.2mm layer, 15% infill, Matte Black PLA. Used the pins included in the design.
