Hollow acoustic toys like this water whistle present a unique challenge, especially when printed on a High Flow Hotend. The thin tail acts as the mouthpiece, creating a massive lever against the hollow spherical body. Default fast-printing profiles often result in the mouthpiece snapping off cleanly at the transition due to poor Z-axis layer adhesion, which is a durability and safety issue. This profile is engineered for Bambu PLA on a High Flow Hotend, ensuring rapid, watertight printing for the main body while utilizing targeted modifiers to bulletproof the fragile mouthpiece.Specific Modifications Made &amp; Justification of Necessity:<ul><li>Modification 1: High Flow Calibration (Acoustics &amp; Watertightness)<ul><li>Justification: The whistle must hold water and have a clean internal acoustic chamber to sound right. High Flow nozzles pushing PLA at default high speeds often cause internal stringing (ruining the sound) and micro-gaps (causing leaks). I completely recalibrated the PLA filament profile, retractions, and accelerations for the HF hotend to ensure a flawless, watertight chamber and a clean air path.</li></ul></li><li>Modification 2: Targeted Mouthpiece Reinforcement (Wall &amp; Infill Modifier)<ul><li>Justification: The exact transition point where the thin tail meets the round body is a critical shear-stress bottleneck. If a child bites or bends the whistle, it snaps here. I placed a custom modifier across this exact junction, forcing significantly higher Wall Loops and dense Infill. This anchors the tail deeply into the body, transforming a fragile hollow tube into a highly resistant, solid joint.</li></ul></li><li>Modification 3: Localized Speed Reduction for Max Z-Axis Adhesion<ul><li>Justification: High Flow printing cools too quickly on small cross-sections like the tail, leading to brittle layers. Inside the modifier at the neck joint, I drastically reduced the print speeds for the outer and inner walls. This provides the crucial thermal transfer time needed for the PLA layers to fuse completely, maximizing shear strength precisely where leverage is the highest.</li></ul></li></ul>Tested &amp; Verified: Printed successfully on a High Flow setup using Bambu PLA. The whistles hold water perfectly, sound great (zero internal stringing), and the mouthpiece easily survives bending stress without snapping. See attached photos.&nbsp;
