Ikea Bed Frame Hauga Center post support
Print Profile(1)

Description
I have discover that there are certain activities, such as jumping, which result in a structural failure of the center post of the Ikea Hauga bedframe, resulting in a valley forming in the bed. Rather than buy a whole new bed frame several months before moving, I figured I'd try printing something in the meantime.
I recommend using PETG with 5+ walls and about 35% infill, and TPU for the foot, though this is probably overkill, the part feels very solid. Everything is bolted together with common sized bolts from your average Harbor Freight assortment.
