Description
Because my girlfriend loves her heart tunnels so much, I have completely perfected the design. Version 2.0 is now even thinner, lighter, and optimized for a flawless finish
✨ What's special about V2.0: "Ready-to-Print"
I have already done the work for you! The files are pre-sliced and designed so you can start right away:
Sizes up to 14 mm: adjusted to 1 wall thickness
Sizes over 14 mm: Automatically adjusted to 2 wall thicknesses. This keeps the larger hearts stable and prevents them from deforming when inserted, while maintaining the delicate look
- Duo-Plate: The profiles are set up so you have 2 pieces simultaneously on the plate
🛠️ Technical Details for the Perfect Fit
Although everything is pre-set, here is the most important information for scaling:
- X- & Y-axis: For a target size of 8 mm, the files are scaled to 8.5 mm so they fit securely
- ⚠️ Z-axis: Please DO NOT change the Z-axis! The depth is precisely calibrated for wearing comfort in the ear
- Material Tip: The design looks best in PLA Silk. Thanks to the optimized wall lines, the hearts shine perfectly

The different sizes (6–24 mm) are already prepared so that stability and aesthetics are ideally balanced depending on the diameter. Simply choose the appropriate file and print
