Description
A compact everyday keychain that doubles as a phone stand and trolley coin holder. Designed to fit a €1 coin perfectly, it’s ideal for shopping, travel, or just keeping things simple.
The body is printed in place using PETG for strength and durability (PLA just isn’t strong enough). It’s made in two parts, the main body and a small spring.
print the spring and body seperate as there are certain settings for both to ensure proper strength for each part.
glue the spring into place using PETG compatible glue just put a small amount on the bottom of the spring and press firmly in the gap until the glue sets.
Despite its small size, it’s surprisingly strong. The stand arm can handle up to 30kg of force when fully open, so it easily supports your phone in landscape mode and survives being on your keychain and in your bag.
Printing takes about 1 hour. Make sure your bed is clean for the spring, it’s a tiny part and needs good adhesion (Bambu Lab liquid glue works well).
