The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was one of the true workhorses of World War II.
Designed to complement—and ultimately replace—the famous B-17 Flying Fortress, the B-24 featured greater range and payload capacity. While it never fully surpassed the B-17 in popularity or crew preference, it earned its place in history as the most produced military aircraft of WWII, flying countless missions across every major theater of the war.
This project brings the legendary bomber to life as a 3D-printable model kit, entirely designed by me from the ground up. The kit features a fully glueless assembly system, using custom-designed, 3D-printed connector blocks that make building intuitive, sturdy, and satisfying.
Special thanks to @Greg3D for testing and improvements!
