🚀Model Introduction
As shown, it can be used with simple assembly and has buckles for securing. It is recommended to apply glue to the bottom connectors and lubricant to the buckle parts. The dimensions are 240*166mm, and it can be stacked up to three layers
This pull-out cosmetic organizer is a 3D Printed tool designed specifically for tidying up living area desktops. It features a layered, inclined pull-out structure that makes it easy to access items and clearly displays the contents, making it especially suitable for organizing cosmetics, stationery, or small tools, helping to keep your desk clutter-free. With a base size of 240*150mm, it can be stacked up to three layers, allowing for flexible capacity expansion based on space and storage needs
It features a modular buckle design, allowing for simple assembly and immediate use. It is recommended to reinforce the bottom connectors with glue, and apply lubricant to the buckle parts for smoother operation. The printing structure requires no complex supports and is compatible with mainstream models like Bambu Lab A1 mini, P1S, P2S. PLA filament is sufficient for daily use, and replacement parts such as square drawers and 2-layer brackets are also provided, allowing users to customize their storage layout

To ensure sufficient assembly accuracy, it is recommended to calibrate the flow rate in advance
Additionally, print with a lower outer wall speed to reduce outer wall dimensional errors
🚀Assembly Instructions
1 From the midpoint of the frame, assemble the side brackets for the first layer drawer

2 Push the drawer forward and install the connectors

3 Install other drawers

Due to the model's large size and higher printing difficulty, please be sure to understand the following:
0 Please be sure to initiate printing from a PC. To minimize printing risks, some process parameters have been modified, which will not take effect when printing remotely via the APP.
1 This model is very prone to warping. Please thoroughly clean the printing plate before printing to reduce potential risks.
2 Before printing, please be sure to dry the filament to reduce printing risks. It is recommended to dry both PETG and PLA in advance.
3 It is recommended to use PETG filament for printing to make the model more durable. It is compatible with PLA, but matte and silk modified materials are not recommended.
4 It is recommended to moderately lower the nozzle temperature and increase the hot bed temperature to reduce internal stress and mitigate the risk of warping.
5 After printing, please wait for the device to naturally cool down for 5 to 10 minutes before removing the model, to prevent warping caused by uneven cooling.
6 After removing the model, please use a scraper or flush cutters to clean any remaining brim under the drawer buckles to ensure the model is usable.
