Swivel Vise Mount – 3D Print File
This swivel vise mount allows for flexible and precise alignment of your vise in almost any working position. The design focuses on stability, easy assembly, and reliable clamping – ideal for workshop, hobby, and DIY projects.

Structure:
The mount consists of several components:
- Base plate for mounting on the workbench or laterally via brackets
- Rotary plate with teeth for positioning
- Upper mounting plate for the vise
- M8 nuts for attaching the vise to the rotary plate
Print Recommendations:
- Material: ABS or PETG (PLA only conditionally recommended)
- Infill: 30–50 % (higher for maximum stability)
- Wall thickness: ≥ 6 perimeter
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Support: Yes
Notes:
- Screws and nuts are not included
- I glued the M8 nut into the swivel plate, but it can also be embedded by printing one or two layers over it
- For optimal function, the gears should be printed cleanly
Depending on the printer, some minor post-processing may be necessary
