Hygiene Kit Latch and Label

Description
Took the wonderful design of stitch and modified it to say “HYGIENE KIT” and my team's FIRST robotics number and name. I also added the latches for the Milwaukee Packout 48-22-8435 with a sanitation or lotion bottle and hand on them. With both the label and the new latches, it helps to quickly differentiate that hygiene packout from the rest of our packouts. I recommend printing the latches in PETG. Found that PLA could break.
