The bust of Napoleon Bonaparte was born from the idea of restoring a recognizable presence, without making it heavy.

The profile is immediate: the bicorn hat, the lines of the face, the structure of the uniform. Everything is built to be clearly legible even after printing, maintaining a good balance between detail and solidity.

It is a figure that works both as a decorative object and as an element within a collection of historical busts, thanks to clean proportions and compact volumes.

The result is a sculpture that is simple to print, yet visually strong.

🛠️ Tips & Tricks (recommended printing)

• Always clean the bed with IPA or soap and water before printing
• Recommended layer height: 0.16 mm
  • superior quality on face surfaces and details
• For optimal results: use adaptive layers in areas of greater complexity
• Recommended supports: tree, delicate cold removal
• Post-production:
  • light sanding on cut lines
  • primer spray for a “museum statue” effect
• Also perfect for painting: dry-brush or acrylics highlight reliefs with great results

⚠️ Tips for Optimal Printing

To achieve the best result with this model:

• Use correct temperatures for filament and bed and make sure the printer is well calibrated before starting the print.

• It is recommended to use modeling pliers or precision tools to remove supports in a controlled manner.

• Small artifacts on overhangs are normal in FDM printing and can be improved with light sanding or a small manual finishing.
