Welcome to the Clan. This model is part of my original mask series, designed for fans of rugged sci-fi aesthetics and biomechanical design. It blends organic curves with functional elements that stand out in every print.
Technical Precision:
- Optimized 2.4 mm Wall: The entire mask features a fixed wall thickness of 2.4 mm. This ensures high structural stability and consistent print quality throughout.
- Perfect Slicing: The 2.4 mm thickness is precisely calculated for 4 perimeters (0.6 mm nozzle) or 6 perimeters (0.4 mm nozzle). This results in a solid, monolithic wall with no vibrations or unnecessary gap fill.
- Stress-Free Printing: The geometry is engineered with organic overhangs in mind, minimizing the need for supports and saving both material and time.
