The Corner Clamp 90° is a practical tool designed to securely hold parts at a perfect 90° angle :)
The Corner Clamp 90° is a practical tool designed to securely hold parts (1mm to 30mm thick) at a perfect 90° angle. Ideal for gluing, assembling, or aligning corner joints with precision.
The design consists of 5 parts:
- BASE – holds the inserts and the screw together
- INSERT2 – supports one side of the workpiece at 90° and mounts onto the base
- INSERT – supports the second side and connects to the screw using circlips
- SCREW – applies clamping force and mounts between the base and INSERT
- CIRCLIPS – secure the screw to INSERT for smooth and reliable operation
Assembly
- Attach INSERT2 to the BASE
- Connect INSERT to the SCREW using the CIRCLIPS
- Mount the SCREW assembly into the BASE
- Tighten the screw to clamp your parts at a precise 90° angle
Printing
- No supports required
- All parts print in their default orientation
