Description
I present to you a rotating spice rack with a top tray of 180 mm in diameter and an axis height of 100 mm.
The top tray has 6 slots, 45 mm in diameter, for round spice or aroma jars of your choice.
This product includes 4 print plates for time-saving in printing (several print tests done).
- 1st plate with support for washer (especially do not turn the part flat)
- 2nd plate upper plate axis
- 3rd plate upper plate (only plate with very little purge)
- 4th plate upper support (attention with tree support in the axis of the part)
I have provided a nomenclature to show you what I used for assembly.
On the axle, I placed 2 M4 heat-set inserts (1 top / 1 bottom M4 from Ruthex).
Small tip for bottom assembly: the 4x40 screw mentioned in the documentation needs adjustment for the sliding washer located between the lower and upper trays (just screw it enough to see this washer turn on its own when you rotate the two trays). And before inserting the screw, put a little glue into the bottom M4 insert of the axle to prevent unscrewing (this has been tested and works very well). Let the glue set, and you're good to go.
