Description
First print the clips. After installation, measure the net distance of the clips + 2mm, then print cylindrical parts. Install directly, no hardware required.
If you want it sturdier, you can increase it to 8 pillars. For the gaps where the clips meet the spool and the cushion meets the spool, you can apply a bit of ABS gap-filling glue.
Personally tested to support 55kg without issues.
