🔧 TPU Watch Strap Adapter (16–24 mm)
This STL model is a replacement/keeper for watch straps, designed to ensure durability, flexibility, and compatibility with multiple standard sizes.
The file includes 4 print-ready variants:
- 16 mm
- 18 mm
- 20 mm
- 24 mm
💡 The design was developed referencing a Garmin-style strap, but it is also compatible and adaptable with many other models on the market.
🧵 Recommended Material
✔️ TPU (recommended) to ensure:
- flexibility
- tensile strength
- comfort on the wrist
⚠️ PLA or rigid materials are not recommended: they could break under stress.
⚙️ Recommended Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 100% (for maximum strength)
- Speed: low (20–40 mm/s for TPU)
- No supports needed
- Orientation: as per file (base resting on the bed)
