Description
What is this part for?
It is the connector that joins the printer mount (Printer Mount) with the screen. Thanks to its geometry, you can:
Landscape Mode: Ideal for standard Marlin menus or wide interfaces
Portrait Mode: Perfect for KlipperScreen or for saving space on the side of your Ender, preventing the screen from protruding too much
Design details:
Versatility: You don't need to print different parts if you decide to change your screen's orientation in the future
Compatibility: Fully compatible with the base design by S_S_C on Printables
Installation: It is inserted between the Y/X axis arm and the rear casing of the HDMI5 screen
🔧 Assembly Recommendation
For the part to be truly sturdy in both orientations:
Use at least 4 walls in your slicer (Cura, OrcaSlicer, etc.). This will make the screw holes solid and prevent them from cracking under tension
Print Orientation: Print it resting on its flattest side to maximize bed adhesion
