This time, I'm bringing you the 80 cm straight blade dagger skin from the Valorant Velocity series
Filament and materials used this time:
Bambu Lab rechargeable power component—zc003,
red PLA, PETG Basic,
black PETG,
gold, silver PLA Silk,
40cm long, 5mm wide COB light strip,
glue,
heat shrink tubing
Manual modification operations required when using the official Bambu Lab kit:
1 The circuit board output needs to be connected to the COB light strip, disconnect the electric motor from the ZH 1.5 port, and connect to the positive and negative terminals of the COB light strip
Distinguish the positive and negative terminals of the COB light strip and connect them, pay attention to whether it lights up after connecting the positive and negative terminals (Reference image after modification below)
2 After the COB light strip successfully lights up, it can be fitted into the groove reserved in the black knife body, it is recommended to start by inserting and installing from the circuit board to avoid incorrect installation
3 After the light strip is firmly pasted, a small amount of glue can be used to secure the blade part, the color can be changed freely according to personal preference, it is recommended to use Bambu Lab's official translucent materials for better printing results
4 Due to FDM printing characteristics, the black sword bone part may become thicker at both ends, if it cannot be inserted, you can use a lighter to gently heat it to soften it, and then use a spatula or support to press it into place
5 The gold spiral part has been print tested with the A1, there is no spaghetti risk, and can be printed with confidence
6 The original weapon design includes a transparent cover, but since there is no solid color translucent filament, it couldn't be made, however, it has been included in the print profile, you can print it yourself if needed
On a side note, another popular in-game knife skin is currently in production, it also uses the official kit to achieve photoelectric effects, so please stay tuned
