Tired of tangled extension cords?

I was tired of my cables being constantly tangled, whether I stored them in boxes or hanged on a wall, so I decided to make this extension cord tie/organizer. I was a bit worried about using TPU, but after getting TPU 95A from SUNULU and a 0,6 mm hardened steel nozzle, I was suprised how nice it can print, so I immediatly went on to design this device. I strongly encourage everyone to give TPU a try, it is not as hard as the internet says. If my design pushes you to try it, please let me know, i will be really happy :-)

Whats needed?

For this project you will need your extension cord (diameter ≤ 10 mm/0,394'', two zipties (lock size ≤ 6 mm/0,236''), and the printed parts.

Print notes

My handle part was printed in ASA, because i intend to use them outdoors, however any non-flexible material (PETG, PLA, ABS) is usable. There are no special settings required apart from making sure that there are at least 3 perimeters, as well as top and bottom layers. Just basic settings for a strong print.

The strap must be printed with flexible filament and minimum wall thickness of 1mm is recommended. I printed mine with TPU 95A, but softer TPU might work as well.

Both parts should be printed the way they are oriented in the included files.

Check the included assembly guide for detailed instructions.

(Seriously, i tried hard to make it understandable so I will be happy if you read it :D)

Thanks to everyone who gives it a try, I hope my design helps you out. If it does, I will appreciate any like, comment or boost. Your feedback is also appreciated so if you have any questions/suggestions, feel free to send me a comment or a private message.
