🎨 Personalized Initial Letter with Embedded Name (Parametric)

The best thing about this design is that it's 100% parametric: you can choose the initial, the name, the fonts, and adjust the fit down to a hundredth of a millimeter so that the pieces fit like a glove, even with different printers

🛠️ Setup Guide
For best results, follow these steps in the customizer:
1. Text Settings
- initial_letter: The large letter that will serve as the base
- secondary_text: The name or word that will be embedded inside the initial
- Fonts: You can type the name of any standard system font (e.g., Arial, Courier, Times New Roman, Script MT Bold)
2. Dimensions and Position
- initial_size: Total height of the base letter (in mm)
- initial_height: The thickness/depth of the base letter
- offset_x / offset_y: Move the secondary name to center it or place it in your preferred position on the initial
3. The Secret to the Fit (Tolerance)
This is the most important parameter
- 0.10mm: Very tight fit (may require sanding or a mallet)
- 0.15mm - 0.20mm: Recommended for most printers
- 0.30mm: Loose fit (you will need a drop of glue)
The fit level will depend on your machine.
4. How to export for printing
The model has three Modes:
- "base" Mode: Renders only the initial with the void. Export this STL first
- "part" Mode: Renders only the name/text. Export this STL next
- "both" Mode: Use it only to see how the final result will look on screen
Tip, export each part separately, the initial on one side and the text on the other
