The sealing clip and cork ring/cork band on my KeepCup coffee mug were torn. There's already a ready-made model for the clip from another user (see below). I redesigned the (cork) ring and printed it from ASA, as it can sometimes be left in the car in summer. (I only had grey ASA left; the color could certainly be more suitable ;-)

This ring fits the KeepCup Brew Cork model - size 12oz/340ml.

With a 102% scale, the ring slides onto the glass exactly as high as shown in the pictures. When pushed up slightly, it stays firmly in place. I am absolutely satisfied with the feel. If necessary, a slightly larger scale (see screenshot setting in Bambu Studio) can make the ring go all the way up to the underside of the collar or even fit other cups. But I haven't tested that. Everyone has to decide for themselves.

I have stored and tested 2 print settings with very low speeds with my P2S:

  • 0.20mm High Quality with build plate adhesion
  • 0.08mm High Quality without build plate adhesion

All settings are certainly a bit conservative, but I'm just a beginner ;-)

I have stored 2 rings on the plates; I also printed the ribbed model on Plate 1.

The sealing clip (green - visible in the picture) is available as a model here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/115899-keepcup-plug#profileId-124570
