Description
Design Improvements:
• Connector System: The base is divided into two parts but includes integrated connection points. This ensures precise, easy gluing and perfect alignment of the parts.
• Zero Supports: Designed to print cleanly without the need for support material. Technical Settings (Recommended): To achieve that perfect holographic effect and total adhesion without chemicals, I suggest following these settings I used in my tests (Using a holographic pattern plate):
• Plate Preparation: Deep cleaning with isopropyl alcohol.
• First Layer Speed: * Initial Layer: 15 mm/s • Initial Layer Infill: 20 mm/s (Lowering the speed is key for the plate pattern to transfer correctly to the filament).
• Infill: 8% with Grid pattern (enough to maintain structure and save material).
• Adhesion: Successfully tested on plates with pattern transfer. Assembly Instructions: 1. Print both bases and the name. 2. Use the guide connectors to join the bases with a drop of super glue. 3. Fit the name "Alarid" onto the initial.
