Version 2 adds mounting positions for hooks and a winch based on the original design. Weight reduction has been applied while maintaining structural strength, making it lighter than Version 1.

This bumper series is recommended to be printed with TPU material, which can effectively withstand impact forces and protect the chassis rails.
(Note: The mounting holes are intentionally designed to be a tight fit. DO NOT use materials such as PLA or PETG, as the bumper will not install properly with the mounts and will lack flexibility, making it prone to breaking.)

The installation process is very simple and requires no additional drilling.

On top of that, I’ve custom-made parts to fit all the different Trx-4 chassis on the market, and I’m also working on designing our very own frame. That’s why we’ve open-sourced all the initial Trx-4 compatible parts, plus the ones we haven’t had time to injection mold yet, over on MakerWorld.

Every part I designed uses the stock screw holes straight from the factory—no crazy modifications, no drilling, nothing. You can even swap your Trx4 right back to its original setup super easily. (I’ve also made parts fit other 324mm wheelbase frames too, but honestly, the Trx-4 is the most reliable pick in my book.)
