Vinyl-style coaster — ARIRANG by BTS inspired edition
🌟 Overview
This coaster takes the classic shape of a vinyl record, reinterpreted with the distinctive aesthetic of BTS's ARIRANG album. The design combines concentric grooves with a central “label” featuring the ARIRANG logo.
🎨 Album-inspired elements
• Central label: flattened area with the ARIRANG logo.
🛠️ Technical specifications of the model
• Diameter: 110 mm.
• Total thickness: 3 mm at the slightly raised outer edge.
• Vinyl grooves: concentric rings modeled to provide texture without compromising printing.
• Bottom base: smooth or patterned depending on the print bed used.
🧵 Optimized for printing in Bambu Studio
• Layer height: 0.20 mm.
• Recommended material: PLA (cleaner finish) or PETG (higher strength).
• Multi-color (AMS):
• Label in white and red for vinyl and logo.
• Grooves and edge in gold.
• Supports: not required.
• Infill: 15–20% (although the part is almost solid).
🥤 Use
Ideal as a decorative accessory for fans, a desktop addition, or a collectible piece that combines music, design, and modern aesthetics.
Remember that if you use PLA, you should not use it with hot beverages, or it will deform.
It is recommended not to touch the settings except for smoothing with the adjustments that best suit your printer.
