Description
When printing a model previously, because both the top and bottom surfaces had rich details, for optimal printing quality, I needed to perform a bottom flow test and a top ironing test separately for the two surfaces. While searching for test plates, I found that these two tests were often conducted separately, so I thought, why not integrate the bottom flow test and the top ironing test onto one plate, which would save more time and filament. During the design process, I realized it was not that simple; it wasn't just about combining two plates. I reported the issues encountered to Bambu Lab engineers through support tickets, and after repeated communication, this mature "bottom flow + top ironing test plate" was developed. Currently, there are two versions: one without scales and one with scales
Friendly reminder: It is recommended to use a 0.4mm nozzle and a smooth build plate for print testing. Find the smoothest square on the surface, and its corresponding parameters will be the optimal parameters.
