RedSea Reefer Weir hanger Longnose Hawkfish &Frags
Print Profile(2)

Description
UPDATE V2 - You can now fit 15 frag plugs and a happy hawkfish due to the additional depth. Wraps around the whole weir (see pics)
Left and right sides will need to be printed separately on a 240x240 build plate, and can be printed at once on a 340x320 plate. You will need to glue the two halfs together, I also recomend gluing the “additional supports” plate to the underside of the print across the two joins for additional support if you're cautious.
You can get away with printing lower infill, but it's a cheap enough print so I stuck with 100% to ensure it doesn't float out of the inflow slots.
-------------------------------------------
I have designed a hang-on frag rack / platform for my Longnose Hawkfish. Can fit 3 frag plugs, or one moderately sized Hawkfish.
I have uploaded the Step file if you want to import to Fusion and adjust yourself. I printed it using Sidament transparent PETG (blue) with the glittery engineering plate with no special settings on X1C and it came out perfect every time. Model uses only a small amount of filament, but once you push the hangers into the bed they're quite difficult to remove. I would suggest printing two, one for each side of the weir in your RedSea tank.
I use custom filament settings and I can't upload the 3mf file with them included, but if you're printing with Translucent PETG do what works best for you :)
The model says it will take 55min to print but with good settings it should only be 38min and 15grams. 3mf file comes with the flatform upside down to get the textured/reflective side on the surface and each hang-on arm will be reflective/textured facing the sides of the tank.
I have a RedSea Max Reefer 100L, but the model is suitable for all RedSea tanks with a central internal weir. Model is at a height that my little Hawkeye prefers (named after Hawkeye Mihawk), I found that any closer to the surface and he would swim onto it and jump off. Leave a comment if you want any changes or have pictures of your Hawkfishes :)
