Beyblade Gridfinity - Donut's Beystack X Storage
Print Profile(3)

Description
I have tried bringing together the Beyblade Gridfinity models, that allow remixing/resharing, to make storage possibilities easier to navigate - please let me know if I missed a useful model.
My contribution is mostly logistical.
- I have collated all of @donutcat's individual files and sorted into appropriately grouped print plates, and brought it over to makerworld so it is printable from the Bambu handy app.
- I have included list of other Beyblade Gridfinity models on MakerWorld that would fit
- I have also modified the latches to be easier to use. I have kept the original latches in the print plates if you would prefer a very firm/secure fit.
The main model I have used - Donut's Beystack X Storage
Compiled from two Printables models by @donutcat and one remix for the lid with integrated handle by @thatguy0301.
How the storage system works
Gridfinity storage system by @Pred
(https://www.printables.com/model/543553-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-now-parametric)
- Layered storage: Various height boxes and each box layer can connect to another layer, so only one lid is needed, assuming they will be stored as a stack. The latches hold it all together, including the lid. Hinges can be used to attach a lid.
- Size naming: X and Y and height in Gridfinity units e.g. 5x5x9u is a 5x5 square and 9 high
- The full size model has the following minimum size:
- X is limited to minimum 4 bins (the label and handle are barely usable in this size)
- Y is limited to minimum 3 bins
- Z is limited to minimum 6 units
- A1 mini note: @Pred has created a smaller version which I have included as a print profile (https://www.printables.com/model/556604-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-for-prusamini)
- Latches: 6 latches per layer fit (2 latches per side), due to one side allowing for hinges.
- I have included latches on a separate plate, to allow multiplying as needed. There are minimal supports that will need to be removed before the latches can be connected.
- There are two plates with latches. The original latches I found incredibly tight and hard to use, so have added a 98% scaled version that still works.

- Hinges: *As flagged by @user_3312590871, there are some difficulties attaching the hinges, which is also noted on the original hinge Printables page, so it might be easier skipping these*
- These were remixed from @MrMaKr (https://www.printables.com/model/723538-gridfinity-storage-box-with-flipover-hinge-turn-th) and require 4x M3x30mm bolts. The lid can then flip to be completely flat underneath the layer the lid is attached to.
- Note hinges are not required, and the lid can instead be attached using latches.

Print settings
I have adopted @donutcat's suggested sizing and print settings for each, and included 5x5 box and 4x4 box:
- bits and ratchets
- 6u height boxes (3 walls and 5% infill),
- ratchets - 5u version with no bottom (print upside-down with 0% infill and no top layers < I have allowed 1 top layer)
- suggestion that ¼" foam is almost a must for ratchets in 6u height boxes
- blades
- 8u height boxes (3 walls and 5% infill)
- blades - 5u version
- suggestion to add ½" foam
- misc storage such as launchers
- 9u height boxes (3 walls and 5% infill)
- hinges and latches (4 walls 20% infill)
Print plates
All are sorted into named printing plates.
I have also created tray combos:
The 4x4 box tray plate allows 12 blades, 12 ratchets and 20 bits
The 5x5 box tray plate allows 16 blades, 15 ratchets and max 50 bits
A1 mini note: the 4x4 box is slightly too big for the A1 mini. The smaller part plate can be used, and I have also uploaded the smaller Gridfinity version
Cover photo shows 8u 5x5 box with 2 bit trays, 2 blade trays and 1 ratchet tray (as included on the 5x5 box tray plate).
Other models
There are numerous Beyblade gridfinity models on MakerWorld.
I have summarised the ones I have come across, in case you would like to use a different insert.
e.g. @donutcat's model does not include an insert that allows for built beyblade combos.
Compatible with 5x5 box in print profiles (various heights)
