🚴 TPU Thermal Protections for CO2 Cartridges
Models included: 12g, 16g, 20g and 25g


Optimized protections to insulate your fingers from intense cold during inflation and protect your cartridges from shocks in your bag.


🛠️ Design Features
“Tight” Fit: Designed for a firm hold, even with the original label (Decathlon, Zefal, etc.).
Tactical Grip: Vertical grooves for a secure hold with gloves or wet hands.
Insulation: Thickness of 2.5 mm to 3 mm with aerated infill to block the cold.
Mounting tip: If the protection is tight, start screwing your inflation adapter onto the cartridge to get a grip and help by pushing/screwing the TPU sleeve.

Material: TPU (tested with Overture 95A).
Infill: 20% Gyroid (essential for thermal insulation).
Walls: 3 lines (for strength and internal air sealing).
Speed: 25-30 mm/s for outer walls.
🧪 Seam Optimization


To limit internal and external stringing on this finicky material, we have implemented the following settings:
Retraction: 1.2 mm
Wiping: Enabled (1 mm distance) to cleanly cut the filament.
Seam: Aligned.
