This manual rope twisting tool can twist four strands of rope into one. It requires nine 608ZZ bearings. Of course, you can also find 3D printed bearings directly on MakerWorld.
The installation video is as follows:
It's best for two people to operate it. Hang the four strands of rope on their respective hooks. One person turns the main crank to make the four strands rotate individually. The other person holds the four strands with a ring while turning the secondary crank, and the ropes will be twisted together. Note that the main and secondary cranks need to rotate in the same direction, and the rope ends need to be knotted or sealed with a lighter to secure them.
If only one person operates it, you'll need to find bricks or similar objects to weigh down and secure both ends of the stand, then turn the two cranks separately.
There are two versions of the crank; the regular version is usually sufficient. If the crank rotates automatically or similar situations occur, you can print the crank with a core, which can be pushed out to lock it
